The event registration fee must be paid in full two weeks before the event date.
In the case of cancellation, and the registrant doesn't want to choose another event, our refund policy is as follows:
- 75% refund if cancellation is received one calendar month (or more) before the event
- 50% refund if cancellation is received two or three weeks before the event.
- Refunds will not be made for cancellations received one week or less before the event.
- There will be no refunds for no-shows

While unlikely, if Prestige has to cancel the event, the registrant will receive the option to move registration to another event, or receive a full refund in the same form of payment the registration was made. In the case of a cancellation, the refund will include only the face value of the registration. Refunds will not be given on travel expenses.
